2012 - CALP Low Carb Diet Journal
I have been following The Carbohydrate Addict's Lifespan Program since 3/03/08. It continues to be a great program for me because I am in complete control over the foods I eat. Chocolate is no longer its own food group in my mind and I can now eat one piece and still be satisfied.
I have made tremendous progress by gaining control over my diet and keeping up with my exercise routine. The weight is coming off slowly, but it is coming off. My body is shaping up nicely and I have muscle definition that is helping me to raise my metabolism and burn the fat.
I have been using this journal to keep my menu and exercises updated on a regular basis. Since I intend on following the program for the rest of my life, it is time to begin a brand new year.
My entries will now include my menu and exercises for that particular day!

About me
I'm Teri. I am 52 years old, and I've been overweight most of my adult life. My diet and exercise program have me feeling better than I have ever felt before. I have lost close to 100 pounds since I began the Carbohydrate Addict's Lifespan Program in 2008, without starving or depriving myself in any way.
I am getting myself into better shape and my goal of becoming fit and healthy is getting closer every day. This will be my lifelong way of eating because I am happy to say that it comes natural to me!
