Walk Away the Pounds Challenge - September
I took my WATP with me on my 10 day cruise to Alaska and it never made it out of my bag. Since the room was so small and I was taking the stairs everywhere that I went, I was comfortable skipping this workout while I was away.

Mile 1: 15 minutes of non-stop muscle moving steps to get you started
Mile 2: 12 minutes of speed walking
Mile 3: 15 minutes to continue blasting calories as you burn body fat

About me
I'm Teri. I am 52 years old, and I've been overweight most of my adult life. My diet and exercise program have me feeling better than I have ever felt before. I have lost close to 100 pounds since I began the Carbohydrate Addict's Lifespan Program in 2008, without starving or depriving myself in any way.
