Callanetics can literally shed years off your figure in hours without putting pressure on your back.

Unlike other exercise programs that stress hard jerking motions, Callanetics is a series of small, gentle, precise motions consistently applied that activate the body's largest most powerful muscles to quickly tighten hips, buttocks, inner and outer thighs, flatten the tummy, lift the bust, firm underarms, and tone the entire body. It will also dramatically improve your posture.

You will feel the difference after one hour and most people actually see a difference after two hours. By following the simple 60 minute Callanetics workout twice a week, the body you always dreamed about is only hours away.

I am doing well in getting this workout done no matter what time of the day or night it is. I was getting sleepy last night when I realized I did not get my Callanetics done. Since I seem to be getting tired earlier every night and I have no problem falling asleep as soon as I shut my eyes, I decided to stay awake and get it done.

Needless to say, I am happy with my decision!

I was supposed to get this workout done on Saturday but I put it off until Sunday and finally got it done today! In order to catch up, I have three more left to do this week.

About me

I'm Teri. I am 52 years old, and I've been overweight most of my adult life. My diet and exercise program have me feeling better than I have ever felt before. I have lost close to 100 pounds since I began the Carbohydrate Addict's Lifespan Program in 2008, without starving or depriving myself in any way.

I am getting myself into better shape and my goal of becoming fit and healthy is getting closer every day. This will be my lifelong way of eating because I am happy to say that it comes natural to me!

Here's a link to my Progress Photos.
