I am so happy you have joined me!
I have been posting my workouts on other support groups ever since I started back on 4/14/08. Callanetics is the newest addition to my six day a week schedule and I can not believe it has been almost a year since I started. No wonder I am racking up the hours.
I never imagined my body would tone up as well as it has and look forward to getting myself into the best shape possible. Getting older is my reality and my goal is to get myself fit and healthy so I can do my best to eliminate health problems.
Callanetics is normally scheduled for me on Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays, but I have been known to reschedule at times.
My mother's 70th birthday was on Sunday and since one of my kids works on Sundays, we scheduled our get together for yesterday. My folks live a couple hours away from me so our round trip takes us about four hours. Since I left at an early time and I did not get home until after 8 p.m., I took yesterday as my day off instead of Sunday this week.
My plan is to get both my Callanetics and Bowflex workouts done today and I should get all caught up by the end of the week.
I will be back later to post my workout once it is finished!
I am right back on schedule, only one day late!

Callanetics is the third exercise that I added to my six days a week program and my schedule has always included alternating Bowflex with Walk Away the Pounds. Since I have no choice but to do Callanetics on one of the days that I do another one of my workouts, I have included it with both programs and find that it fits well with my Bowflex.
My husband has been working out on the Bowflex with me and we have a system where we alternate our workouts. When it is his turn to get two exercises done on the Bowflex, I have plenty of time to be getting my Callanetics workout done.
I think this is going to work out and it should help me to get my Bowflex done all three times a week again.
I have one more left to do tomorrow and then I will begin my new week on Monday.

I ended up working on the guesthouse all day and by the time I made it into my house, I was too exhausted and sore to even do my workouts. I feel as if I worked out since I moved furniture and packed boxes, so I will go ahead and count it as such!

Teri, it's great to see your Callanetics posts.
I'd rather just post Callanetics here and not at the other site, if that's okay with you.
Nov. 1 - 4 Callanetics each day.
Nov. 5: day off from routines.
