March 2011 Workouts!
I have been exercising since 4.14.08, alternating cardio with strength training six days a week. On 11.12.09, I introduced Callanetics into my program and have found that it is working out rather well for me.
I am 5'3" tall and have not seen the scale go any lower than 144 lbs., but I am wearing a size 6 jeans. I have found the perfect eating program for me and I am happy and satisfied with the exercise program that I have been doing.
I am extremely proud of the progress that I have been making and find that keeping my exercises recorded in a journal helps to keep me motivated. Just the thought of writing them down and then adding them up, seems to make it much easier to get my exercises done whenever they are scheduled.
I would like a place to keep track of my workouts and I look forward to anyone else that may be willing to join me!

About me
I'm Teri. I am 52 years old, and I've been overweight most of my adult life. My diet and exercise program have me feeling better than I have ever felt before. I have lost close to 100 pounds since I began the Carbohydrate Addict's Lifespan Program in 2008, without starving or depriving myself in any way.
I am getting myself into better shape and my goal of becoming fit and healthy is getting closer every day. This will be my lifelong way of eating because I am happy to say that it comes natural to me!
