How do you deal with people who always scrutinize and question what you eat? How do you deal with people who may see you eat a dessert and cringe but they don't know it's part of your plan? Do you share with others what you are doing?

Food should be my choice!

First of all, thanks for joining and welcome!

I pretended not to care what others thought about me when I was fat and now that I look normal, I can certainly care less!

I am happy to say that I do not have any problem with people scrutinizing what I eat because my way of eating is not noticeable to strangers. When it comes to my family, they are all aware that I have been dieting most of my adult life and this is my diet now, my normal.

The only time my family is even aware of what I eat is if they want me to try something. Everyone accepts my explanation of saving it for my meal, then I get to try whatever it is and still follow my way of eating. I include the foods that I love, feeling no deprivation whatsoever. I do not get hungry in between meals and if I did it would be easy for me to grab a piece of protein and a vegetable.

I have found success in getting my excess weight off and I am the only one that can stand in my way of getting myself fit and healthy, which is still my goal!

Wishing you success,

Teri
