Pork Reward Meal Examples

It is very important for me to begin my Reward Meal with two cups of salad. Once my salad is ready to eat, I fix my plate with the same amount of vegetables, protein, and carbohydrates, since I must complete my meal within the hour.

Listed below are the actual combination of foods that I have been eating during the short period of time I have been on this program.

I'm Teri. I am 52 years old, and I've been overweight most of my adult life. My diet and exercise program have me feeling better than I have ever felt before. I have lost close to 100 pounds since I began the Carbohydrate Addict's Lifespan Program in 2008, without starving or depriving myself in any way.
