I was feeling better when I woke up. My nose was no longer running so I was hoping I was over whatever was happening. I soon discovered that my energy level was not back to normal so I ended up taking it easy again.

I was hungry earlier than normal and since I still had the leftover pork chop in the refrigerator from the day before, I warmed it up. I opened another can of green beans, poured the vinaigrette dressing over the top and began eating. I still prefer pork chops when they are freshly cooked but at least I can eat them when they are leftover too.

At some point during the day, I was able to sweep my kitchen floor and entryway. My kitchen floor could have used mopping but I decided to put it off until the following day hoping I would have more energy to get it done.

On one of my support groups someone was asking about chromium. I picked up my CALP book to see if I could help to answer her question and discovered there was too much information in there for me to give her the proper answer. It has been a long time since I actually read the book so I grabbed it and decided to catch up with my reading while soaking in the bathtub.

We still had some leftover cashew chicken in the refrigerator so I was going to have that for dinner. I asked my husband to stop at the store and pick me up some avocados and cucumbers since I was in the mood for a salad. My intention was to begin with my salad and then eat a small amount of cashew chicken. When I finished with my salad, I did not have enough room for any chicken so I grabbed the rest of the Hershey's candy bar and finished it since I always seem to have room for chocolate.

We are expecting the carpeting to be installed soon and since I still had some touch up painting that needed to be done downstairs, my husband and I got out the paint and proceeded to get it done. We knew we still had our bowflex workout to do but we decided to get the painting done first.

I don't know if it was because it was after 10 p.m., when we first began our bowflex workout or if it was because I was still not feeling well, but the bowflex workout was extremely hard for me to get done. I had to work really hard in order to get each of my sets done, but I gave it all I had and was able to get it done!
