I was up early again since construction began at 7 a.m. The new bar was installed and we discovered that they forgot to make the four shelves that are supposed to go into it. The guys contacted the shop to let them know so I expect the shelves will be brought here at some point. The baseboards were put back and the walls look terrific.

I reheated a rib steak for lunch and while it was in the toaster oven, I opened a can of green beans. I added some vinaigrette to them and began eating them while my steak was warming up. The steak was delicious and I was unable to eat it all. I had enough left over to add to another piece that was in the refrigerator and expect to be able to eat them both for another meal.

My husband called on his way home from work and suggested we go out to dinner. I told him we still had a workout to do and I would rather he pick dinner up and bring it home. I called in the order and he stopped and picked it up on his way home. I have not had a chicken taco salad from this restaurant in quite awhile and it was just as good as I remembered it. I had purchased some bite sized candy a few days ago and grabbed a bite sized almond joy to eat for dessert.

My husband joined me when it was time for us to get our bowflex workout done. He began with his two sets and then it was my turn. The way that we both get our workouts done on the bowflex is that one of us begins with the first exercise and then it is the other ones turn. The last person to do that particular exercise then sets up the machine for the next exercise and gets it over with before changing the weights back for the other person. We found out that it works better because we are not changing the weights back and forth between each exercise.
