I was up early because the construction downstairs began by 7 a.m. They replaced the sheet rock and were able to get it ready to be painted the following day. I am looking forward to having a game room again and as soon as everything is returned, I will get it all cleaned up and organized.

I was trying to decide whether to have pork chops or a salad for lunch. I was in the mood for a salad and as soon as I finished it, I decided to have some ice cream. I changed my RM from dinner to lunch and was happy to discover that I did not have any cravings.

I was rather surprised how hungry I was when it was time for dinner. I cooked two pork chops and I ended up eating both of them instead of putting one of them into the refrigerator for another time. I don't know whether eating carbohydrates during the day causes me to be hungrier later or if I am just going through a hungry period. I am still very careful in balancing my meal so at least I am following the guidelines of the program.

My husband was too tired to workout on the bowflex with me so I was able to get my workout done in half the time it usually takes the two of us to get it done.
