My oldest daughter and her boyfriend were catching a plane so they could come back home and I had to go and pick them up at the airport. I got up early enough to get my bowflex workout completed before I had to leave. My husband decided to join me and got his bowflex workout done too.
I decided to eat my lunch before I left because I knew I would not be home before 2 p.m. I had a leftover pork chop sitting in the refrigerator so I heated it up and opened up a can of green beans. I poured the vinaigrette over the green beans and began eating my lunch at 10:30 a.m.
My husband took the trip to the airport with Tango, our other daughter's Shih Tzu dog, and me. My oldest daughter and her boyfriend were happy to be home and after we dropped them off at their home, we stopped at the hardware store and grocery store before we headed to our own home.
Dinner was easy since we were going to have leftover pizza. My husband made some bacon and I asked him to put some on my pizza when he warmed it up. I made myself a salad and added an avocado, cucumber, and a small amount of bacon and cheese to it so I could try and balance my meal a little better. The pizza was fantastic and after I ate my first piece I wanted a little more. I wasn't going to bother with another piece because I didn't want to waste any of it. I offered my second piece to my husband and he told me to eat what I wanted and he would finish the rest. I ate about half of it and was happy that I didn't have to eat the whole thing because I was full and would have overstuffed myself.
