I had to get my workout done first thing in the morning because it takes close to an hour to get it done and I had to leave my house by 9:30 a.m. My daughter and her boyfriend were catching a flight down south and I volunteered to take them to the airport. The airlines like people to check in an hour and a half before their flight and since it takes over an hour for us to get to the airport, I had to leave at that time.
I made plans to meet my husband for lunch since it was convenient for me to stop by on my way home. We decided to have Thai food and I made sure to get a plate with plenty of vegetables. It was delicious and even came with a salad. I ate a bite of rice but I did not need to eat anymore because the sauce was sweeter than I was used to. There was enough chicken and vegetables for me to ignore the rice and sauce. When I was finished, I asked my husband where I could get a carbohydrate that I wanted to eat. He suggested I stop at Wendy's and get myself a chocolate frosty. Since I don't have a Wendy's in my town, I thought it sounded like a great idea.
I took my husband back to work and headed home. I stopped at my daughter's work to pick up her dog so he didn't have to stay the rest of the afternoon and then we went to the post office. My husband ordered us the complete Beatles collection and it was sitting at the post office waiting for one of us to pick it up. Tango and I picked up the mail and then we were able to go home.
Since I had already eaten my Reward Meal for lunch, I told my husband that I would make myself a salad for dinner. He had half of his burrito from the night before and my half was also sitting in the refrigerator so he had two halves available for him to eat for dinner.
