I ended up waking up with a backache. I don't know what I did since I spent the day before cleaning my house. I had also gone outside and did some raking but I was not hurting until I woke up the following day. I knew I still had to clean the front bathroom so I got it done in spite of my back hurting. I didn't take any pain reliever because CALP suggests we take medications with our RM and I was not hurting bad enough to take anything.
Once the plumber arrived. my husband and I needed to remove all the stuff below the sinks. The front bathroom has a double sink so I began unloading both of them. My husband unloaded the master bathroom and since I was still working on the front bathroom, he went to the back bathroom and unloaded it. The kitchen sink still needed to be unloaded so my husband did that one too.
I didn't know how my back would feel, but I got started on my exercise. I was getting hungry and since I prefer to get my cardio exercises done before I eat anything, I had to get them done. I could feel the pain in my back when I first got started and I was hoping it would subside as I got going. The side steps were the worst and after the first twenty minutes, my back was not hurting as bad. I completed my workout and then it was time for me to fix myself lunch.
I was debating whether to have a salad or pork chops for lunch. Since I was not very hungry for dinner the last time I ate a salad, I decided to make myself some pork chops. I peeled a cucumber while the pork chops were cooking and started eating it. The pork chops were cooked to perfection and I began eating them as soon as they were cool enough for me to eat. When I finished the first one I wanted more so I began eating the other one. I was satisfied after eating half of the second pork chop but I went ahead and finished it because it tasted so good.
We purchased the makings for burgers a couple of days ago so that is what we had planned for dinner. My husband started the bbq and I made myself a salad. My salad consisted of lettuce only because I had one cucumber left and decided to save it for another time. I began my meal with my salad and as soon as I was finished I began preparing my burger. We always have canned green beans available so I opened up a can and poured vinaigrette dressing over them. My burger was so big after adding all the condiments that I had a hard time getting my mouth around it. My husband commented about taking a picture of me trying to eat it since it is hard to believe that it would be on any weight loss program. I had more protein than bread so I grabbed a candy bar and completed my meal with a piece. I prefer Hershey's w/almonds but since I grabbed a couple of bars without almonds, I will go ahead and eat them since they are still chocolate.
