My day was already planned before I woke up. I knew the plumber was going to come and replace my water pipes the following day so I had to get my house cleaned up. I started the laundry and then got busy with the rest of the house.

I intended on getting my exercise done in the afternoon because I had to pick my daughter up from the airport and knew it would be late by the time I got home. I wanted to eat lunch before beginning on my bowflex workout so I warmed up the chicken and opened a can of green beans.

I continued working on my house after lunch and whenever I felt I needed a break, I would pick up my computer so I could update my website and support groups. The afternoon flew by and since I needed to leave in time to get to the feed store before they closed, I had to get ready.

The plan was to stop at the feed store and get rabbit food before heading to my husbands work so we could go out to dinner. I picked up the feed and then continued on my way to meet my husband. I was on my way when I realized that I had forgotten to get my workout done and I was a little disappointed that I still had it left to do when I got home. We knew where we were going to have dinner because we had already discussed it and chose the Outback Restaurant.

I began my meal with a salad and was very happy to see my meal arrive as soon as I finished it. I dug into my steak and thoroughly enjoyed it as well as the green beans that were served with it. I was planning on having the croutons, bread, & butter as my carbohydrate but my husband ordered a piece of raspberry cheesecake for dessert and I took a bite of that too. I felt my meal was very well balanced and I am happy that he didn't order anything chocolate.

When dinner was finished, I sent my husband on his way home while I went to get our daughter from the airport. Her flight was on time so she loaded up her bags and we were able to get started on our trip home.

It was around 10:30 p.m., when we arrived home. I knew I still had to get my exercises done so I changed into my workout clothes and got started. It would have been really easy for me to use the late hour as an excuse for not getting it done but the workout is for my benefit and it is very important for me to keep up with my routine.. My husband did not feel like joining me so I was able to get it finished by 11 p.m.
