Mile 1: 15 minutes of non-stop muscle moving steps to get you started
Mile 2: 12 minutes of speed walking
Mile 3: 15 minutes to continue blasting calories as you burn body fat
I completed all 3 miles!
Even though it was a holiday it did not mean that I did not have to do my exercises. I am still happy with my schedule and I like the way I begin my week with the 3 Mile Power Walk. It is the first workout I began with and it seems like it is easier than the other two that I use. I still watch the clock to see how much time I have left, but I do get it done.
I had a lot of choices for lunch and chose to make myself a salad. I did not add any shrimp to it because I didn't finish a pork chop the day before and wanted to eat it. I ended up leaving more salad on my plate than normal but I ate until I was satisfied and refuse to stuff myself anymore. I am doing much better with leaving food on my plate and not feeling guilty for doing it.
I went outside to feed the animals and my husband came up to the barn to tell me that it was after 7 p.m., and we still needed to eat dinner. I didn't realize it was so late because I was not feeling hungry at all. I talked my husband into feeding the horses while I finished hosing down the barn and then we had to decide what we were going to eat.
Since it was as late as it was, I suggested we eat leftovers instead of starting the bbq and making cheeseburgers. I still wasn't very hungry but I knew that I would be hungry later so I went ahead and made myself a salad. I forced myself to eat the salad and since I added the cucumber to it, I only had the chicken strips left to eat. I was satisfied after eating this meal and still find it amazing how some days I am hungrier than others.
