I ended up waking up with a horrible headache so the first thing I did was take some aspirin. I try and take medications when I eat a RM, but I was in desperate need and could not wait. It took an hour for my headache to go away so I drank my coffee while waiting for them to kick in.

My husband had me help him take the camper shell off the pickup so he could fill the bed of the truck with garbage to take to the dump. When he came into the house he suggested I get started on the bowflex since he was getting his workout by filling up the truck. Since it is important to me to get my workouts done, I went ahead and got started. I didn't bother adding any additional exercises to my routine because I could use the help setting them up until I learn how.

Lunch was simple since I grabbed a couple of pork chops out of the freezer and defrosted them. I made sure to not overcook them by not allowing myself to become distracted. I cooked them exactly the way I like them and when I finished eating the first one, I wanted more. I started eating the other one but did not finish it since I was satisfied after beginning my meal with the green beans.

I went with my husband to town and had him drop me off at Walmart while he went to the dumps. Our timing was perfect because he was walking up to the store when I walked out. We discussed what we were going to have for dinner and stopped at the store to pick up a few items. We were going to have cheeseburgers but it was chocolate night for me so we picked up a chicken. My husband cut the chicken into parts and placed them on the bbq. I only eat white meat and the breast/wing combo was moist and delicious, just the way I like it. I grabbed my candy bar and it was the perfect ending to a delicious and satisfying meal!
