Mile 2: Faster pace - a 12 minute mile
Mile 3: BOOSTED walking - a 10 minute mile
Mile 4: Add the firm Band for a big muscle BOOST - 15 minute mile
I completed all 4 miles with the firm band!

I was enjoying my coffee and updating my website and support groups when my husband informed me that there were some rabbits running around. Since my daughter was at work, I went outside to see if I could figure out how many were loose and whether or not I could catch them. I discovered that there were four roaming around and I ended up catching two of them. I knew it was getting closer to lunch time and I still needed to get my workout done.

I came into the house already feeling like I had completed a workout, but I got started anyway. I would have liked it to have been over long before it was, but I stayed with it and completed all four miles.

My lunch was an overcooked leftover pork chop from the day before and I peeled myself a cucumber to go with it. I was satisfied after eating my lunch and then I went outside to see if I could catch the other two rabbits.

I was unable to catch the other two and as soon as my daughter came home from work, I had her help me. By working together we managed to catch one of them and placed it back into the cage. We had one more to catch but we were unable to locate it.

It was chocolate night for me so when my husband offered to make us dinner, I told him that I was going to make myself a salad. I was so satisfied with my meal that it was the first time that I was happy with the amount of ice cream that I had eaten and did not want more.

I went outside after dinner to see if I could find the last bunny that was roaming around. I was able to locate it and came into the house to get my daughter so she could help me catch it. We were able to catch the last one that had escaped and I felt better knowing that it was caged and I would not have to worry about it while my daughter was away for the weekend.
