My morning was the same as most of them with me grabbing my coffee and picking up my computer. I was able to update my support groups and also worked on my website.

I was so distracted when I was fixing my lunch that I overcooked my pork chops. I really love pork chops but I like them to be juicy and not dried out. I was able to eat a couple of them but they would have been much better if I would have cooked them properly.

My husband and I had dinner planned until our daughter called and offered to bring us home a burrito. My husband and daughter really like the burritos from this particular Taqueria, but I had never tried one. It was a perfect opportunity for me to try one because I was at home and could add additional items to my meal to balance it out.

My experience with eating burritos is that they are usually packed with carbs and not enough protein. I made myself a salad and added a cucumber to it so I would include a vegetable. I also added bacon and cheese to it so I would have enough protein to be able to balance it with the rest of my meal. My husband made some home made flour and corn tortilla chips earlier in the day so I was able to enjoy a few of them and feel confident that I was able to balance everything that I ate.

Bowflex was scheduled and since my husband works during the day, we normally get it done in the evenings. We usually get started after dinner and I never feel too full or uncomfortable doing it. I want to add a few more exercises to my workout and hope that we will have time to work them into our routine this weekend.
