I completed all 3 miles w/the walk belt!

It was measurement and weigh in day for me. When I stepped on the scale I weighed 173 lbs., three pounds less than the month before. I am happy with the results, but like anyone on a weight loss program, I wish it was more. CALP continues to work for me and that is what counts!

I always begin my day with two cups of coffee and usually work on my computer while drinking them. I try and get things accomplished in the morning hours because I always seem to have so much going on and can be easily distracted. When I noticed it was getting close to lunch time, I stopped what I was doing and was able to get my exercises finished.

I decided to have another RM lunch since the day before worked out so well for me. I wanted a salad so the only thing I had to add to my meal was a carbohydrate. Since it was “chocolate day”, I grabbed the rest of a candy bar and had it sitting right next to me so when I finished my salad I could indulge.

In the past, when I would eat a “loaded” salad for a CM lunch, I would not become very hungry for my RM. It is funny how adding the chocolate and turning my meal into a RM made so much of a difference with my hunger. I was satisfied with my CM but I did end up eating more steak than I would have if it would have been a part of a RM. Definitely something for me to think about!
