On the days that I include bowflex into my exercise routine, I workout with my husband and don't usually get it done until the evenings. I knew I had to take a trip into town to get dog food so my morning seemed to disappear rather quickly.
My husband was working from home and suggested we go out to lunch since I had to go to town anyways. My daughter was enjoying her one day off from school and work so we invited her to join us. The phone rang when we were getting ready to leave and it was our oldest daughter. She needed my assistance so I invited her to join us for lunch before helping her with her needs.
We sent our daughter to pick up her sister and meet us at the taqueria. When my husband and I arrived, we discovered that they were closed so we called the girls and told them to meet us at a Mexican restaurant. I don't usually eat my RM during lunch time but I am so comfortable with this way of eating that I went ahead. I was rather surprised that I was unable to finish my taco salad and actually left quite a bit on my plate. I don't know why I experience hungrier days than others but I am trying to listen to my body instead of feeling as if I have to eat everything that is on my plate.
I spent the entire afternoon with my oldest daughter and still had a few more stops to make after dropping her off at home. I still had to go to the hardware store, gas station, and then the grocery store before I could go home.
When I arrived home, I unloaded my car with the assistance of my middle daughter. I knew that my husband was going to bbq a rib steak for me for dinner and since it was my CM I didn't have to make me a salad. I peeled a cucumber and placed it on my plate waiting for my steak to finish cooking. I was completely satisfied after finishing my meal and did not feel as if I was missing anything by switching my meals for the day.
My husband and I were going to get started on the bowflex but I ended up talking to my mom on the phone for quite awhile. When I was finally able to get started, it was late and my husband did not feel like working out with me. I completed my workout but did not add any additional exercises because I did not know how to set them up yet.
