Leslie Sansone Walk at Home
3 Mile Weight Loss Walk...A "Power Walk" at Home!
Mile 1: 15 minutes of non-stop muscle moving steps to get you started
Mile 2: 12 minutes of speed walking
Mile 3: 15 minutes to continue blasting calories as you burn body fat
I completed all 3 miles!

Since I knew we had quite a bit of driving ahead of us, I decided to get my exercises over with before hitting the road. The hotel we stayed at was a few miles away from Solvang so it didn't take us very long to get there. We drove through the entire town and after seeing everything from the car, we parked and walked around some of the shops. My girls really enjoyed Solvang and they both purchased a souvenir penny.

We stopped at a restaurant on our way to the hotel in Los Angeles and ended up having a great lunch. When we reached our destination, we unloaded all of our bags and went to Target to get some food items that we didn't want to purchase in bulk from Costco. We went to Costco and purchased the rest of the items we needed and then headed back to the hotel so we could fix dinner and settle down for the evening.

About me

I'm Teri. I am 52 years old, and I've been overweight most of my adult life. My diet and exercise program have me feeling better than I have ever felt before. I have lost close to 100 pounds since I began the Carbohydrate Addict's Lifespan Program in 2008, without starving or depriving myself in any way.

I am getting myself into better shape and my goal of becoming fit and healthy is getting closer every day. This will be my lifelong way of eating because I am happy to say that it comes natural to me!

Here's a link to my Progress Photos.
