I am in the process of getting ready to leave on a mini vacation with my sister and girls. While I was in town the other day I bought some curtains for the motorhome because one of them was ripped when I took it out of the laundry. I was lucky to find a color that matches the rest of the motorhome and anyone that sees them will think that it came that way.

I also bought two cute skorts (shorts/skirt combo) in brown and orange and I went searching for something to wear with them. I found a cute top to match the brown skort but was unable to find anything that I can wear with the orange one. I went through my wardrobe to see what else I would be taking and found three pairs of shorts that fit me perfectly. I will be taking my shorts and both of my skorts but will be searching for something to go with my orange skort while shopping in Los Angeles. I will also be taking one pair of blue jeans and a jacket just in case it gets too cold for me. I will take a pair of tennis shoes and sandals too. I told everyone to bring three or four days worth of clothes because we will have access to laundry facilities where we will be staying.

I am taking WATP so I can get all three workouts done while I am gone and my sister said that she may join me. I will also get a Bowflex workout completed before I go and take 10 Minute Solutions for me to get done on the other two days that I normally do my Bowflex. I know that I will be doing plenty of walking but I can do that in addition to my workouts. I will try and remember that I am following a video of others and they were not too embarrassed to make it for me so I should not be embarrassed to follow their lead.

About me

I'm Teri. I am 52 years old, and I've been overweight most of my adult life. My diet and exercise program have me feeling better than I have ever felt before. I have lost close to 100 pounds since I began the Carbohydrate Addict's Lifespan Program in 2008, without starving or depriving myself in any way.

I am getting myself into better shape and my goal of becoming fit and healthy is getting closer every day. This will be my lifelong way of eating because I am happy to say that it comes natural to me!
