Rescheduled!

Yesterday was supposed to be my Bowflex workout but I wanted to reschedule it so I would have a day off during the weekend. At one point the Bowflex was scheduled for Saturday and if I was unable to get it done I still had all day on Sunday. I decided to try it again since it worked out so well for me the last time.

My husband and I went to town because we had some errands to run. After we delivered some home made cream of potato soup to our oldest daughter we were going to make a couple of stops before meeting our middle daughter for dinner. She had plans to go out with her girlfriends and wanted to eat before she met up with them. We were on our way to the restaurant when I got a call from our daughter telling me that her friends decided to meet a couple of hours earlier and she would not be available for dinner. Since my preference was to eat at home, my husband and I stopped at the grocery store to pick up the few items that we needed and headed home.

I knew I would end up with a delicious dinner and I was not disappointed. We picked up some fresh green beans at the store so I got them all ready for my husband to cook. I think we are a pretty good team since I help with the prep work and do the dishes while he prepares and cooks the food.

About me

I'm Teri. I am 52 years old, and I've been overweight most of my adult life. My diet and exercise program have me feeling better than I have ever felt before. I have lost close to 100 pounds since I began the Carbohydrate Addict's Lifespan Program in 2008, without starving or depriving myself in any way.

I am getting myself into better shape and my goal of becoming fit and healthy is getting closer every day. This will be my lifelong way of eating because I am happy to say that it comes natural to me!
