Mile 2: 12 minutes of speed walking
Mile 3: 15 minutes to continue blasting calories as you burn body fat
I completed all 3 miles!
I had plans to go out of town to pick up my sheep and take them to the auction yesterday. I made sure to get my workout completed and have lunch before I got myself ready to go.
I tried to talk my middle daughter into joining my oldest daughter and me but she didn't want to go. My husband had the trailer hooked up to the truck and the outside temperatures were rising. I was not looking forward to taking it to the valley without the air conditioner working but I had no choice. My daughter and I had a pleasant trip even though we had to talk over the outside noise and our clothes were sticking to our bodies.
When we arrived at the ranch I called my dad to tell him that we were at the ranch. When he arrived he took us into the barn to show us how well the steers were doing. We have two steers that we have been raising on the irrigated pasture and I don't understand why one of them is bigger and better looking than the other one. It really doesn't matter since we intended on selling one of them anyway.
My daughter and I got the gate opened and the truck/trailer all set up to load the sheep while my dad walked them to the area. We only made two attempts to get them into the loading area when we decided it was not going to work with only the three of us. It was over a hundred degrees outside so we decided to wait until we have more help. I will be taking both of my daughters with me in a few weeks and if we wait until after my dads friends get off work, they will help us too.
