Mile 4: Add the firm Band for a big muscle BOOST - 15 minute mile
I completed all 4 miles with the firm band!
I have been working on updating my website the last two days and usually have the television on for background noise. My husband was working from home and informed me that having the television on was not only wasting the life of the DLP bulb but a waste of electricity and it was just like turning on a 500 watt heater.
I enjoy listening to music and discovered a satellite music station that does not play any commercials, so I prefer it over the radio. My husband has been taking care of my needs for the last thirty years so I knew that he wouldn't let me down this time. My hero plugged one of our stereos into the television so now I get to enjoy commercial free music without the television on. What a guy!

I'm Teri. I am 52 years old, and I've been overweight most of my adult life. My diet and exercise program have me feeling better than I have ever felt before.
