Leslie Sansone Walk at Home
3 Mile Weight Loss Walk...A "Power Walk" at Home!
Mile 1: 15 minutes of non-stop muscle moving steps to get you started
Mile 2: 12 minutes of speed walking
Mile 3: 15 minutes to continue blasting calories as you burn body fat
I completed 1-1/3 miles!
I completed my WATP workout and made it past the one mile marker. I was unable to make it to the two mile marker but I will challenge myself to get there. I really can't believe how enthusiastic I am about exercising. I used to hate the thought of exercise but really enjoy how I feel after getting my workouts done. Of course, I just started exercising the beginning of this week, so my enthusiasm may change over time.

About me
I'm Teri. I am 52 years old, and I've been overweight most of my adult life. My diet and exercise program have me feeling better than I have ever felt before. I have lost close to 100 pounds since I began the Carbohydrate Addict's Lifespan Program in 2008, without starving or depriving myself in any way.
I am getting myself into better shape and my goal of becoming fit and healthy is getting closer every day. This will be my lifelong way of eating because I am happy to say that it comes natural to me!
Here's a link to my Progress Photos.
