I am still adjusting to the time and had another early morning. The benefits to having an early morning is that there is plenty of time to get things done. I enjoyed getting my workout done early the day before so I decided to get my bowflex over and done with early too. Don't ever believe that you can not work up a sweat doing strength training. It is so strange to enjoy doing something that is so hard to do!
I warmed up the bone from the steak I had the night before and cut a piece off of the other one that my husband cooked. I had plenty of asparagus leftover so I placed some on my plate and added some mayonnaise to them. I began eating my asparagus while my steak was warming up and as soon as it was ready, I dug right in. I really enjoy my meals and that combination is very satisfying to me.
A tuna melt sounded really good to me and I really love them on sourdough bread. I made myself a salad while my husband prepared my tuna melt. I began by grabbing all the ingredients I needed to add to my salad. It is always convenient for me to add a serving of vegetables to my salad so I don't have to worry about what I will be eating with my main meal. The tuna melt was wonderful and I enjoyed every single bite. I wanted a piece of chocolate so I grabbed a small piece and when I finished it, I was satisfied and did not feel as if I needed anymore.
